Each rental includes everything you need to celebrate the big arrival! We’ll deliver, set up, and take down a charming birth announcement yard sign, complete with a personalized bundle or plaque that’s yours to keep as a treasured keepsake.

As soon as the baby arrives, share all of the details with us! We’ll need the baby’s first and middle names, weight, length, and birth date, as well as the delivery address and phone number. Don’t forget to let us know if there’s a gate code, security guard, or sprinkler system in the yard. You're welcome to text or call us ahead of time, too, so we're prepared prior to baby's arrival!

We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. To place your order, simply email us at contactus@ohstork.com or give us a call at (803)-351-3385. Please note that payment is required in advance, and we cannot accept personal checks. 

Just reach out to us as soon as the baby is born or in advance if it’s for a baby shower. We aim to deliver within 24 hours and usually before the baby comes home. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have to reserve a stork just for you! In the case of a scheduled delivery, feel free to call or text us in advance so we can get you on the schedule.

 We proudly serve Lake and Marion counties in Florida, including the following cities:

• Lake County: Clermont, Eustis, Groveland, Leesburg, Minneola, Mount Dora, Tavares, and Umatilla.
• Marion County: Belleview, Dunnellon, Ocala, Silver Springs, and The Villages.

Free delivery within a 15-mile radius of 1 S Central Ave, Umatilla, FL 32784. A $25 delivery fee applies for 16 to 25 miles. Contact us for rates beyond 25 miles.  

If your city/county isn’t listed, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! Additional delivery fees may apply.

Not at all! You don’t need to be present for delivery. Just let us know ahead of delivery if you have specific placement instructions and we’ll handle the rest.

We want to ensure that your stork sign is placed in the perfect spot for capturing those special moments and photo opportunities! By default, we position the sign in the front yard where it’s easily visible from the road. However, if you have a specific location in mind, just let us know before our arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Note: The yard sign will be placed 10 inches into the ground. We will use our best judgement to place the sign in a location that will not damage anything unseen or hidden. If any damage is incurred to cables, sprinkler systems, or any hidden or buried objects, it is your responsibility. Oh, Stork! will not be held liable for any damage resulting from the sign placement.

We love balloons, but they’re not a great match for our signs! Balloons can pop in the sun and leave latex residue that might damage the sign. We recommend keeping the balloons as a separate celebration element!

Absolutely! Just be cautious around the sign. Avoid trimming too close to its base or using a blower nearby, as this can damage the sign. Please don’t move the sign, and thanks for helping us keep it in great shape for others to enjoy! 

If you notice any damage to the sign, please contact Oh, Stork! as soon as possible. Our signs are designed to be sturdy and weather-resistant, but we appreciate your help in keeping them in top shape. Please avoid climbing on or otherwise handling the signs, as we cannot be responsible for any injuries that may occur on your property.

The homeowner is responsible for any costs associated with damage to the sign while it is on their property. By placing an order, the homeowner acknowledges and accepts this responsibility for the duration of the sign’s stay.

 Refunds are available under these circumstances:

1. Cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.
2. Extreme weather prevents us from setting up your sign.

Refunds are not provided if:

1. We can’t enter a gated community.
2. A security guard denies entry.
3. The homeowner or recipient requests an early pickup or denies setup.
4. A dog or other animal prevents access to the property.
